Presentation Summary
Ms. Koledoye will present a high-level overview of interactive voice response (IVR) technology and its role in managing the clinical trial supply chain. IVR systems have an important role not only in patient management (screening, randomization and treatment allocation) but also in the critical area of drug supply. This presentation will demonstrate the impact that a robust and flexible IVR has on improving processes and decreasing costs of contract drug manufacture, clinical packaging and logistics.
